CCU Mail Services email server up and running

As of Jan. 16, 2018, the server used by Coastal Carolina Mail Services that sends out e-mails to students, notifying them that they have a package, is back up and running again.
At the start of the semester, the CCU email server crashed and caused quite a bit of confusion and chaos.
Helena Losardo, a postal specialist at Coastal Carolina Mail Services, talked about how much smoother everything is going now that the server has been restored.
“Everything is back to normal and everyone is happy,” said Losardo.
Now that the email server working properly, students must present the email notification as well as their CINO card to obtain their package or packages. The emails are usually sent out at around 2 p.m. daily.
Nick San Nicola, a sophomore at CCU, talked about the how crazy this server crash has made things.
“I like it better with the emails," said San Nicola. "It’s more organized and takes less time.”
The post office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and is located across from the HTC Center.
